This particular building supports Logistics & Readiness personnel operations that are essential to the flying mission. Connecting to the base wide DDC system is within scope of this project. The objective of this project is to achieve a complete and useable system controlled through a BACNet IP base DDC system. Per the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other price-related factors.
