The goods and services includes, supply and delivery of the following products: 1.) Asphaltic Cement & 2.) Ready Mixed Concrete as specified. Adherence to local, state and federal environmental and safety requirements and City of Annapolis procedures will be additional specifications, terms and conditions to the issued contract(s). Multiple awards may be issued through this solicitation based on individual items or combination of items based on the most responsive and responsible aggregate price and/or best meet the City's requirements There will be no pre bid meeting scheduled for this solicitation. Electronic Bid Submission Instructions - (Preferred) Bidders choosing to submit proposals electronically shall and must email bid packages to bids@annapolis.gov prior to the bid time and due date. Bids will not be accepted after the bid time and due date and will be electronically filed and designated as unresponsive. Hand Delivered Bid Submission Instructions Bidders choosing to submit proposals through hand-delivery should allow extra time for delivery of bids. Hand delivered bids will only be accepted during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday prior to the bid due time and date.
