Habitat for Humanity of Madison County (HFHMC) is requesting Qualification Statements and Quote Proposals from sub-contractors interested in participating in the building of a new house at 2118 Pearl Street, an affordable housing project located in Anderson, IN. The project will NOT be subject to Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractors will be required to comply with a variety of federal and state regulations associated with the potential housing funding sources, which will be included in the project specifications and Owner-sub-contractor contract.
