The intent of this Document is to secure qualified Vendors from the Prequalified List as determined through prequalification document 2023-578PQ to provide General Contracting services at various Public Works facilities throughout the Regional Municipality of Peel, which includes the Cities of Brampton and Mississauga and the Town of Caledon. General Contracting work may be completed within various portfolios consisting of approximately 160 Public Works facilities including; - Five (5) Public Works Yards, consisting of office spaces, vehicle garages and warehouse space. - Nine (9) Waste Management Facilities and Community Recycling Centre's, consisting of multiple modular/independent buildings. - Water and Wastewater Pumping Stations (approx. 82) - Real Estate Properties (approx. 60) - Five (5) Communication Towers and miscellaneous warehouses. The Vendor will be required to supply all time (including travel), labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Work as requested by the Agency's representatives.
