For the purpose of Quotation submission, Proponents should use the assumed quantities to estimate their Quotation fee. However; proponents must provide detailed information on the unit rates of their work to allow for adjustment in fee should the quantities onsite vary. Proponents must clearly explain how modification of their costs would occur for quantity variation, whether there is more sludge or less sludge. Proponent must explain in detail how dry tonnage removed will be calculated, what assumptions will be used for the estimation, and how sludge removed will be validated. Proponents must submit a schedule. The desired completion date of the Services is July 30, 2024. Proponents may offer an alternate schedule. Schedule will be an evaluation criteria. The intent of the RFQ is to obtain quotations for removal of sludge that has accumulated from both the anaerobic (2 cells) and the facultative cells.
