The scope of this project requires complete renovation of the existing area. The awarded contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to accomplish the project. Period: The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 500 calendar days from notice to proceed, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). ion work to be done in phases.
