Hancock County Utility Authority is seeking un-priced technical proposals for: Two (2) New Emergency Generators with Automatic Load Transfer Switches Hancock County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, waive technicalities, informalities, or irregularities in the bids received, extend the response deadline or reverse auction dates, solicit new bids, or choose that bid which is deemed to be in the best interest to the county. The Bidder shall be responsible for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hancock County Utility Authority from all losses, damages, expenses, claims, demands, suits, and actions brought by any party against Hancock County Utility Authority as a result of the Bidder's failure to comply with the provisions above.
