The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts ("Comptroller"), on behalf of its State Energy Conservation Office ("SECO"), issues this Request for Applications No. ISD-IIJA1-2024 ("RFA") to solicit applications from eligible Texas public independent school districts ("ISDs") for reimbursable grants to retrofit interior and exterior lighting with energy efficient light-emitting diode (LED) lighting systems. The anticipated schedule of events for this solicitation is as follows: Issuance of RFA - Monday, November 20, 2023, after 10:00 a.m. CT; Written Questions Deadline - Monday, December 4, 2023, 2:00 p.m. CT; Official Responses to Questions Posted - December 11, 2023; Applications Deadline - Monday, December 18, 2023, 2:00 p.m. CT; Contract Execution - February 1, 2024; Commencement of Services - February 1, 2024. Comptroller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this schedule of events and notice of changes will be posted on the Electronic State Business Daily ("ESBD") at: http://www.txsmartbuy.com/sp.
