Flintco, as the Construction Manager, is requesting Subcontractor's Lump Sum Bid Proposals for work related to the UT Boiler 1 and 2 Replacements. This project involves removal and replacement of Boilers 1 and 2 at the PPL building located at 301 E 24th Street, Austin, Texas 78701. The proposals being requested are for the following scopes of work: 1. Site Maintenance and Access 2. Demolition and Abatement of Existing Boilers and Related Hazardous Materials 3. Piping - Make Safe for Demolition and Re-Route of Existing Services / Provision of Temporary Piping a. Concrete for Pipe Stands b. Miscellaneous Metals for Pipe Supports 4.
