Question Deadline 06/04/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Furnish and install 2652 LF of new RCP storm drainage and 28 drainage boxes, miscellaneous demolition, utility re__cpLocation, and fine grading. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct the Miller Road to Morgan Avenue stormwater system improvements - Phase I consisting approximately 2652 LF of new RCP storm drainage and 28 drainage boxes, and miscellaneous demolition, utility relocation, and fine grading to facilitate the project. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within 240 calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in Paragraph 19 of the General Conditions.
