Renovation of a municipal facility in Cortlandt Manor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000335968 It is proposed to replace 5,614 in home water meter registers, 454 in home water meters, 611 pit water meter registers, 142 pit water meters and registers, of various sizes and conditions within the Cortlandt Consolidated Water District. The Town shall provide the water meters and registers to be installed. All labor, wire removal, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to install and test water meter registers and conduct lead testing on all service lines. Including, but not limited to, meter manufacturer's tools for checking readings and account numbers shall be provided by the contractor and lead swab test kits. The water service lines shall also be inspected and tested for lead.
