The Clarke County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Clarke County Government, is seeking competitively sealed proposals from qualified vendors for space needs assessment and architectural design services. Each offeror must be an Equal Opportunity Employer as defined by Federal and State Law. Clarke County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s). COMPLETION DATE The County would like for the space needs assessment to be completed within three months after the date of award. The official completion date will be negotiated with the selected vendor. If an interested vendor needs to inspect any of the sites before submitting a proposal, please email Mr. Joey Braithwaite, Joint Maintenance Director, at jbraithwaite@clarkecounty.gov to schedule a date and time. Please have all questions to Mr. Legge by noon on Monday, December 4, 2023 to ensure that answers can be provided in a timely manner before the due date. A bid bond will not be required. Payment and Performance Bond. Payment and Performance Bonds will not be required.
