Reference Number 0000260017 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/15 12:00:00 AM CST Term: 2024/04/01 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2029/03/31 01:00:00 AM EDT The Municipality of Emerson-Franklin requests proposals for the following services: a. Weekly or Biweekly residential Curbside Collection of garbage to approximately 500 locations within the communities of Emerson and Dominion City. b. Weekly or Biweekly Bin/Container collection of garbage to approximately 25 locations in Emerson and Dominion City. These include multi family units and commercial buildings including campgrounds. The Municipality of Emerson-Franklin will require a Certificate of Liability Insurance be included in the Proposal and maintained during the duration of the contract. The Municipality must be named In this certificate, the Municipality will require the following: a) Bidders full name and address with contact name and phone number; b) Description of your business operation; c) Commercial General Liability with a limit no less than $2,000,000.00; and d) Confirmation of Automobile Liability Insurance or Commercial Automobile Liability with a limit no less than $2,000,000.00. e) The contractor shall be registered into the Worker's Compensation Board of Manitoba and shall provide and maintain Workers Compensation coverage for the duration of the contract.
