The Hillsborough County Department of Corrections is soliciting quotations from responsible bidders to provide services for furnishing and installing new epoxy/ urethane coating system for (7) large gang showers, (2) small gang showers, (16) single showers, (3) locker room showers, (1) property room shower, (2) safety cells on unit 2B, (1) safety cell on unit 1A, (1) safety cell on unit 1C, (1) safety cell on 1D, (9) mop sink basins located on the housing units, (4) mop sinks in the housekeeping closets throughout the hallways, (1) mop sink located in the kitchen, and (1) located in receiving - Total of 29 showers, 5 safety cells and 15 mop sink basins. Measurements will be taken by prospective bidders on the day of the walk-through. Sealed proposals submitted in duplicate, clearly marked as "Request for Proposals - Refurbishing of Facility Showers and Observation Cells" The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bidders and proposals and to waive or disregard minor irregularities, informalities, or deficiencies. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to amend this Request for Proposals at any time prior to the receipt of bids. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners further reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals, in whole or in part, at any time. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners shall be the sole determining factor as to what constitutes an acceptable bid.
