In response to a Request For Qualifications (RFQ), the Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) is seeking design services from up to seven (7) qualified design teams to provide Architectural/Engineering (AE) Services as part of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) at Federal Developments . The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years, renewable by one (1) one-year period at the sole discretion of the WHA. The total duration of the contract, including all extensions, shall not exceed five (5) years, or close out of all active task orders. The maximum fee is $1,000,000 for an initial three-year period, with an increase of $300,000 for each year the contract is extended at the sole discretion of the WHA. Task orders will be solicited for various projects up to the fee's upset limit. The construction budget for projects will typically range from $50,000 to $2,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing 72 hours prior to the deadline for submission and emailed to Mod-Bids@WorcesterHA.org. Reference the WHA Job Number only in the subject line. The Worcester Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it be in the public interest to do so.
