Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Kingsport, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Project consists of construction of a new Recycling Center. Work shall include minimal grading, installation of 650+/- LFT of 6" Concrete Curb and 320+/- LFT of Black Vinyl Coated Chain linked Fencing. The construction shall also include a receptacle enclosure which consists of a 6" Concrete Slab enclosed by a 6'-0" Retaining Wall. The project shall include approximately 23,000 s.f. of paving. This project shall also include paving of a 30' wide driveway as well as any other associated work as described for a complete working project. Final day for questions shall be December 8, 2023. PROJECT: New Recycling Facility - 300 W. Industry Drive No submitted bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All bids shall be signed, sealed and addressed to the Procurement Manager, City of Kingsport, 415 Broad St., Kingsport, TN 37660, and marked "New Recycling Facility - 300 W. Industry Drive.". The City by its governing regulations reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities in bidding and to re-advertise. A bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total of the bid is required. Certified checks should be made payable to City Treasurer, City of Kingsport. The successful bidder will be required to execute acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price.
