The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualifications (Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in Construction Services for the Westridge Sewer Upgrade. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to five (5) Respondents to participate in a Tender, Request for Proposal; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents. Construction of a new 500 mm forcemain with a cast-in-place crossover chamber to divert flow between the proposed and existing forcemain (the existing pipe will remain and act as a redundant pipe) from downstream of the Westridge Pump Station No. 2 to MH61 on Union St, where the system transitions from a forcemain to a gravity sewer.
