**As of January 5, 2024, no award, award expected on January 22, 2024** NE 192ND AVE AT NE 13TH ST Intersection Improvements This Contract Provides for the Improvement of Ne 192nd Ave and Ne 13th St Within the City of Vancouver Including Northbound Right Turn Lane, Curb Ramps, Signing, Striping, Illumination, Signal Modifications and Other Work, All In Accordance With the Attached Contract Plans, These Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Work Shall Be Physically Complete Within 45 Working Days From the Notice to Proceed (Ntp) Date. The City Of Vancouver in Accordance With the Provisions of Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.s.c. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, Hereby Notifies All Bidders That Will Affirmatively Ensure That Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full And Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award.
