New Hope Public Works Facility Phase 2 Expansion - City Project No. 1106 In general, this Project will consist of a new addition to the New Hope Public Works Facility, replacement of the south half of the existing outdoor storage area pavement, new curb cut and paved drive on the west side of the new addition, new underground fuel storage tanks with fuel dispenser, and relocation of the vertical pivot security gate from the south side of the existing building to the south side of the new addition. This will be the only opportunity to tour the building prior to the Bid due date. BID SECURITY: No Bid will be considered which is not accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond payable to the City of New Hope in an amount of not less than 5 percent of the Bid amount.
