The proposed Project scope is set forth on the Attachment listing Project details attached hereto Construction of: 1. Renovation and addition to Middle/Elementary School Cafeteria 2. New Ag. Science Building at High School Renovation and addition to the existing Middle/Elementary School Cafeteria and a new, freestanding Ag. Science Building. Ag. Science Building will contain the following classroom spaces: Culinary Arts, Health Science, Law Enforcement, Education, Robotics, as well as Ag. Mechanics, and public restrooms and offices. It is the desire of the Owner to move forward in a timely manner and to have construction completed by August, 2025. All Proposers must comply with all State and federal labor laws concerning wage rates. Refer to Exhibit G - Prevailing Wage Rates, which have been adopted by the Moody ISD Board of Trustees. Within ten (10) days after the Guaranteed Maximum Price is established and an Amendment to the Contract is executed, Proposer shall furnish a PERFORMANCE BOND AND LABOR/MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND, in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum and provide proof of insurance, all of which shall meet the requirements specified in Insurance and Bond Requirements. The Owner reserves the right to conduct interviews with one or more of the Respondents prior to making a final selection of the winning proposal.
