On-Call Snow Removal/Storm Damage Assistance If you have any questions, contact Joe Blackwell, Deputy Director, at 530-283-6491 The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids. The County may also make an award for any item or group of items in any bid, unless the bidder qualifies his/her bid by specific limitations. Plumas County Road Department is currently soliciting formal bids for contractors to provide equipment and operators to assist the Department in the event manpower and equipment shortages during snow or storm damage events. Prices must be good until June 30, 2024. Performance of the proposed work shall start no earlier than January 1, 2024 and be completed no later than June 30, 2024. This is a ”State Prevailing Wage” contract. Bidders are responsible for assuring that the most, current State of California wage and benefit compensation applicable to their workers for this project
