The specific park locations are Rawson Park at 720 River Street and Swale Park at 215 Defiance Avenue. Scope of work includes the demolition of existing facilities at both parks and the complete construction of one (1) new facility at Rawson Park and three (3) new facilities at Swale Park. The new restroom facilities include; one (1) 800 SF group restroom facility at Rawson Park, two (2) 800 SF group restroom facilities at Swale Park, and one (1) 380 SF ADA restroom facility at Swale Park.
