The City of Detroit's Office of Contracting and Procurement is soliciting proposals from individuals or firms to provide roof replacement and related construction services for up to 50 residential homes from March 2024 - November 2024. City-RD anticipates awarding up to 3 contracts, with each awarded Contractor being assigned up to 20 homes. The residential homes will all be located within the City of Detroit and may be single family or multi-family structures, never exceeding 4 units. This solicitation is specifically for homes located in local historic districts in the city of Detroit.
