Renovation of an educational facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Reference number : 1775626 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-12-05 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 3 The project consists of the renovation of exterior doors in pavilions D3, D4, J1, J2 and Y1. Some of the foot grates are also renovated, particularly at doors D3-2 and D4-1, as well as some interior finishes and heating systems, such as in the vestibule of Pavilion Y1. Systems related to the evacuation, control and universal accessibility of these entrances are also reviewed and sometimes corrected to better meet the current functions and needs of the buildings. Special work on the main entrance of the J1 pavilion (Sports Centre) was also included in the project in order to solve the problem related to the deterioration of the roof of the entrance canopy. To accomplish this, existing signage above the main entrance will be removed to allow for the repair of parapets and roof membranes.
