Renovation of a library in Sayner, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Plum Lake is accepting bids to provide con- struction services to complete interior alterations to the existing Plum Lake Library basement. The contractor is to provide a number to complete the work as de- scribed in the bid documents with all plumbing and electrical work to be design- build based on the bid documents. Please provide a separate price to remove air conditioning from the HVAC bid as described in the bid documents. Please provide a separate price to install the canopy, foundations, and related site work (exterior work on the building). The architect for the pro- ject is Blue Design Group and can be contacted at: sjamroz@bluedesigngrouplic. com or by phone at (920) 841-2583. The Owner contact is Emilie Braunel. After evaluation and qualifica- tion of bids, a contractor selection will be made.
