Reference Number 0000335974 The City of Midland's Park and Recreation Department is seeking bids for the installation of shade sails foundations at Miracle Field. The new foundations will be constructed per the drawings attached in Exhibit B. Questions Technical questions shall be directed to Tyler Abbs, Facilities Manager at (989) 837-3370. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %. A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
