Contract Award Date: May 23, 2024 Contract Award Number: N4008524D0062 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: PDKLCVLS4Q36 Contractor Awarded Name: CONQUEST USA INC Contractor Awarded Address: Virginia Beach, VA 23453 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $176,083,405.00 The work includes providing services under a Regional IDIQ Contract for asphalt and concrete repair and replacement and various types of maintenance repairs and preparations associated with asphalt and concrete repair and replacement. Types of work to be included in this contract are as follows but are not limited to asphalt road and parking lots repair and replacement; concrete curb, gutters, and sidewalk repair and replacement; asphalt markings and signage; storm drainage systems; earthwork to support asphalt and concrete repair and replacement; and demolition associated with asphalt and concrete repair and replacement. The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, safety, surveys, scoping, layout work, engineering and management necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract and each task order in a timely manner, with safety as a priority and quality work as the final product. Asphalt and Concrete Repair and Replacement services shall comply with provisions of the IDIQ Contract, including attached specifications, the task order RFPs, and applicable requirements of Building Codes, United Facility Criteria (UFCs), and referenced standards. Advisory provisions of these documents shall be considered mandatory, incorporating these statements as contract requirements. Term of the Contract: The duration of the contract will be for a five (5) year ordering period from the date of contract award. The total five-year ordering period includes a base period and four 12-month option periods not to exceed sixty (60) months from the date of contract award. Refer to Section 00 70 00 - Conditions of the Contract, FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 2000). Minimum Guarantee: The Government will issue a minimum guarantee in the amount of $5,000.00 to the successful Offeror via task order. The minimum guarantee covers the full term of the contract to include all option years. Construction Wage Requirements: General Wage Determination, VA20240195, covers the six (6) areas of responsibility and is included in this solicitation. The most current wage decision will be incorporated into the contract at the time each option is exercised. Refer to section 00 73 00 of the Solicitation. *The most recent Wage Determination will be incorporated at time of award. Indefinite Quantity Individual Contract Line Item Quantities: Once the estimated quantities for individual line items shown in the Schedule have been ordered, additional quantities may be ordered as long as the overall not-to exceed (NTE) amount of the contract per year is not exceeded and the Contractor agrees by signing the task order.
