Clow Valve - SSOP The purpose of this Request for Quote is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract through competitive bidding for the purchase of Clow Vortex Pump for HRSD The successful Contractor shall furnish Clow Vortex Pump for the South Shore Operations located at 1436 Air Rail Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. A pre-bid conference/inspection of job site is not a requirement for this Request for Quote. HRSD reserves the right to waive informalities. Informality is a minor defect or variation of a solicitation or proposal from the exact requirements of the request, which does not affect the price, quality, and quantity or delivery schedule for the goods, services or construction being procured. The Chief of Procurement's decision shall be final.
