Sitework includes partial regrading of affected areas of site and new asphalt and concrete pavement. Landscaping and irrigation work will be included in the General Contingency Allowance. Also included in the Scope of Work is the relocation of existing premade metal storage shed buildings to the State of Alabama State Surplus site.
