Renovation of a municipal facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of February 8, 2024 no bids received, no definite date for the rebid. This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Canada has a requirement for the selective demolition of existing men and women washrooms and first aid room on the main level of the building and construction of new women washrooms and shower, accessible gender neutral washroom and shower, and gender neutral washroom. Work under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the selective demolition and construction of: New Washrooms in DFO Victoria Workshop Building. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $100,001.00 and $500,000.00.
