Renovation of a multi-residential development in Laval, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to the municipal housing building. The scope of work includes interior repairs, replacement of the kitchens, bathrooms of the dwellings, as well as the distribution network (domestic water, hot water, recirculated water) and water drainage. The scope of the project also includes repairs of the electrical network and the plumbing and movement of the building generator to ground level, in a new accessory building adjacent to the main structure. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. The contracts for construction of packages relating to the carpentry, electricity, plumbing and floor covering work have been already tendered, awarded and are followed in the report under CRM ID names Carpentry Phase II - Cartier Residence, AO 251270C-01-PS2025_EL_Electricity, Plumbing Phase II - Résidence Cartier and Floor and Wall Coverings. Construction is underway. Subsequent package tenders will be followed when they are issued in new separate reports.
