Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The work for this project consists of removing the existing roof down to the deck and installing a new standing seam metal roof. The work for this project will consist primarily of, but not limited to, the following: remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roofing system; furnish and install new standing seam metal roofing system, pre-finished metal fascia, pre-finished vented metal soffit panels, snowguards, gutters and downspouts, and associated roofing work. All work shown in the specifications is required unless otherwise noted. Any work appearing to not comply with governing codes shall be brought to the Owner's attention immediately. No project plans are being issued for this project, and no roof-mounted equipment other than vents are present on this roof. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 30, 2024
