Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Fulton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

Scope Of Services: A six (6) foot wide ADA compliant sidewalk will be placed along the north side, and an eight (8) foot wide ADA compliant sidewalk will placed be along the south side of Enon Road from Lynarborl Lane to Sanford J. Jones Blvd. for approximately 3 miles. Curb and gutter and associated storm water structures, a two (2) feet wide stamped concrete strip at the back of the curb, ADA compliant sidewalks adjacent to it, a two (2) feet wide grass area on the outside of the sidewalks, erosion control, waterline and facilities adjustments, signing and marking will be included in this project The term of contract shall be for eighteen (18) months with an option to renew for one (1) year. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference. The City may waive any technicalities and formalities in this solicitation. Additionally, the City reserves the right to cancel the ITB in its entirety.
