Partial HVAC Replacement at Somerville Board of Education Office All bidders must use and complete all bid forms and must comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids are to be marked in a sealed envelope and delivered to Somerville Board of Education, Brian Boyce, Business Administrator, at 51 West Cliff Street, Somerville, NJ 08876, with the name of the project, " Partial HVAC Replacement at Somerville Board of Education Office", plainly marked on the front of the envelope. Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. All bidders and their subcontractors shall be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. All bids must be accompanied by a Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act as to the Bidder and all subcontractors. Final Completion: 9/30/2024 No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the bids. The Somerville Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any minor informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Somerville Board of Education. No bidder who is on the State Treasurer's or the Federal Government's List of Debarred, Suspended or Disqualified Bidders shall be eligible to bid on this project.
