Renovation of a medical facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Middlesex-London Health Unit (hereinafter referred to as MLHU) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek competitive bids to support the expansion renovation and construction within our current two operatory dental suite located within our clinical operations in London, Ontario. This project is being made possible due to capital funding offered by the Government of Ontario to expand the Ontario Senior's Dental Care Program (OSDCP) to help address current wait times and expand services. MLHU is planning on expanding and renovating our existing leased medical clinical space to include adding up to three new dental operatories, creating a new storage room, modifying a utility room, filing room, and retro-fitting dental chairs in our existing two current operatories. MLHU is seeking a turnkey solution for the design, construction renovation, supply, delivery, and installation, testing and commissioning of all listed dental capital equipment and infrastructure.
