Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Southwick, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Kline Road Culvert Replacement Project The work consists of the replacement of an existing 36-inch diameter corrugated metal culvert conveying Shurtleff Brook beneath Kline Road. The replacement culvert is a 9-foot wide precast concrete box culvert including associated headwalls and wing walls. Additional work includes drainage improvements, guardrail installation, and roadway repair. Bidsshall be on a lump sum basis, with a bid alternate for additional drainage and roadway improvements as indicated in the Bid Form. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. Question Deadline 12/10/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website for bidding document, Prospective bidders must be registered users of the web site to submit questions regarding the project. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids
