Reference Number 0000336016 The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Base Bid 1- The milling and resurfacing of Hudson Avenue to the limits identified on the Contract Plans. Also included is curb, sidewalk, and driveway reconstruction, reconstruction of ADA curb ramps, minor drainage improvements, and ancillary items. Base Bid 2 - Drainage improvements on East Prospect Street Base Bid 3- The milling and resurfacing of Bohnert Place to the limits identified on the Contract Plans. Also included is curb, sidewalk, and driveway reconstruction, reconstruction of ADA curb ramps, drainage improvements inclusive of new pipe and inlets, and ancillary items. Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract.
