Construct an 82' x 12' x 4" thick concrete pitching pad with thickened 6"edge. Concrete shall be 4,000 psi reinforced with #4s at 12"

Pad shall be.located In the center of4S0' circle and run east-west. Flush with surrounding ground.
Install exterior turfto surface of concrete. One piece. (TFD Nylon 36 UN from Turf Factory 1-800-496-3092 or approved equal) 3- Clean Up
Properly dispose of debris and rocks.
