Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dennis Port, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and road / highway.
The Scope of Services Shall Include but is Not Limited to Removal and Legal Disposal of the Existing Wood Stairs, Site Preparation, Fabrication and Installation of New Stairs and All Associated and Appurtenant Work as Described on the Plans by Bsc Group Dated 04 August 2025. This Project is Subject to an Order of Conditions From Mass Dep and the Dennis Conservation Commission. Replacement of the East Set of Beach Stairs at Sea Street Beach Located at 5 Sea Street Dennisport, Ma 02639 The Contractor Shall Comply With All Requirements Stated in the Order. Attention is Called to the Requirement for Paying Prevailing Wage Rates on This Project. A Complete List of Prevailing Wages is Included in the Project Specifications. Wage Reports Shall Be Submitted With the Contractor's Periodic Applications for Payment. All Bidders Shall Provide 5% Bid Deposit With Their Bids and the Successful Contractor Shall Provide the Town With a 50% Payment Bond at the Time of Contract Execution. The Successful Contractor Shall Also Provide the Town With Certificates of Insurance Listing the Town of Dennis as additional Insured. Close of Questioning Will Be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday 21 August 2025. Any Relevant Questions Will Be Answered via Addenda to Persons Drawing Plans From the Projectdog Website.
