The Board of Supervisors is calling for sealed bids for Cover Material (CHIPS) for the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 and or: This contract shall remain in effect for one full year, with the provision that Graham County reserves the right to renew this contract annually. Either party may terminate this contract during the annual renewal period. Aggregate shall meet Mineral Aggregate Characteristics for fractured coarse aggregate particles. Arizona Test Method 212 Fractured Coarse Aggregate Partials. (Both #1 & #2 shall meet Fracture coarse aggregate particles Arizona test method 212 with minimum 85% 2 fracture faces and 92% at least 1 fracture face.) Graham County Reserves the Right to have the above listed materials tested for gradation. Any failed test, supplier is responsible for retest and supply to Graham County within two (2) business days.
