The Board of Supervisors is calling for sealed bids for EMULSIFIED ASPHALT. SPECIFICATIONS: Material must meet or exceed ADOT Standard Specification Section 1005, 1005-3, 3a, 3b, 1005-6 (2008 Edition). Contractor supplied emulsion spreader must comply with ADOT Standard Specification 404-3.02(a). Emulsified Asphalt CRS2 Emulsified Asphalt CRS-2P (Polymerized) Emulsified Asphalt PASS 1:1 (Flush rejuvenate or equivalent) Emulsified Asphalt CQS-FSR 1:1 Emulsified Asphalt CQS-LM 1:1 Contractor Supplied Emulsion Spreader Please contact Steve Puzas at 928-428-3652 with questions. The supplier shall have material available as needed by the county. Per ton bid price including all applicable taxes shall be in effect from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The bid shall follow the specifications as closely as possible and will be rejected if it excludes or omits any portion thereof. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This proposal must include all charges as may be applicable. The Board of Supervisors will pay only the amount submitted on the proposal upon receipt of material.
