The Project consists of the replacement of the existing water source heat pump HVAC and associated piping demolition with new VRF HVAC as described and shown on the drawings and specified in the specifications. Dickson County Schools is requesting sealed bids for the replacement of the existing water source heat pump systems with a new Variable Refrigerant Flow System at Creek Wood High School's Field House. All Bidders Must Be Licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in Strict Accordance With State Regulations. No Bid Will Be Opened Unless the Outside of the Sealed Envelope Containing the Bid Provides the Following Information: the Project Name, the Bidder's Name and Address, the Date and Time of the Bid Opening, the License Number, the Date of the License's Expiration, and the Classification of the Contractors Applying to the Bid for the Prime Contract and for Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Contracts (if Applicable to the Project), Except When the Bid is in an Amount Less the Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000). When the Bid is Less Than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), the Name of the Contractor Only May Appear on the Outside of the Envelope Containing the Bid, and Upon Opening the Envelope, if Such Bid is in Excess of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), the Same Shall Automatically Be Disqualified.
