Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of January 10, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Renovations to National Historic Register structure (Lace House) and a portion of the gardens within the Arsenal Hill Complex. Anticipated services include repairs of historic finishes; new HVAC systems and upgraded utilities as indicated; new freestanding restroom building; ADA upgrades to restrooms and LULA elevators. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
