Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erickson, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform the work to complete the construction and installation of New Sidewalk along Main Street in the town of Erickson, MB. The proposed work includes but is not limited to the following items: Demolition and disposal of existing sidewalk, trench drains, and select curbing. Removal, palletizing, and transport of blocks from existing sidewalk. Excavation and disposal of existing sub-grade material, as required. Supply and install of Base Coarse material for new sidewalk. Supply and install of new concrete sidewalk and curbing. Supply and install of new trench drains and all associated fixtures. Supply and install of new tree grates and all associated fixtures. There are also two alternative prices requested: Removal of all existing trees/grates and replace with concrete sidewalk. Removal of all existing trees, replace with new trees and Tree Grate Detail. *Award amount is unreleased.
