Renovation of an educational facility in Ottumwa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Wilson and Eisenhower Elementary Schools Cooling Equipment Replacement Bids shall be submitted for a single contract that will include the following: Replacement of the existing window air conditioning units with variable refrigerant flow air conditioning systems at the Wilson and Eisenhower Elementary Schools. Commencement of the Work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of Ottumwa Community School District. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests ofthe Owner. Commencement of the Work will be at the Owner's discretion. The Bidder shall state on the Proposal Form the time in calendar days, from date of Notice of Award, or by August 16, 2024, Bidder guarantees completion of the project. Project Location : Wilson Elementary School 1102 East 4th Street Ottumwa, Iowa 52501 and Eisenhower Elementary School 2624 Marilyn Rd Ottumwa, Iowa 52501 Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period ofsixty (60) days after the opening of bids without written consent ofthe Owner.
