Pursuant to Florida Statutes 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act ("CCNA"), as may be amended, the CITY is requesting qualifications from qualified and experienced firms to provide Continuing Professional Services for the CITY under a continuing services contract. The service categories stated below are covered by this Request for Qualification for Continuing Professional Services, on an as needed basis. Proposers responding to this Request for Qualifications shall indicate the category(ies) for which the respondent wishes to be considered. A. Architecture B. Civil Engineering C. Construction/Project Management D. Landscape Architecture E. Surveying and Mapping F. Stormwater Drainage Engineering G. Traffic and Transportation Engineering H. Urban Design Any questions concerning this Notice to Proposers shall be submitted in writing to pwbids@cityofaventura.com with "RFQ 2023-11-01, Continuing Professional Services" in the subject line. The City of Aventura reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information. The City also reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or parts of proposals with or without cause, to workshop or negotiate any and all proposals, to waive any or all irregularities and to request re-proposals on the required materials or services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
