Renovation of a transportation facility in Boise, Idaho. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Before a contract will be awarded for work contemplated herein, the Owner will conduct such investigation as is necessary to determine the performance record and ability of the bidders to perform the size and type of work specified under this contract. Upon request, the bidder shall submit such information as deemed necessary by the Owner to evaluate the bidder's qualifications. Valley Regional Transit reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Valley Regional Transit. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability in consideration for an award of any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement.
