The venturi flow meters shall be used to replace the existing venturi flow meters at the Hart Street Wastewater Pump Station. The venturi flow meters will be used to measure sewer flow volumes from the Hart Street Pumping Station to the Head Works at Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant. B.
