Reference Number 0000336011 All excavation work will happen at Miracle Field located at 225 E. Collins Street, Midland, MI 48640. All bituminous payment removed, and spoils from the excavation will be pilled on and the City will dispose of these spoils off . This consists of the excavation for existing bituminous pavement, turf and subgrade for the creation of a new fully accessible playground at Miracle Field in Midland. Approximately 1075 square feet of bituminous payment to be removed and 4410 square feet of excavation. Contractor to complete all work and installation of underground drainage per drawings. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
