SASI is requesting for Proposal to solicit proposals to obtain a turn-key, hybrid-cloud, comprehensive physical security surveillance and access control equipment and installation services to include the following: a). Hybrid-cloud, IP based video cameras and access control with related installation services, b) Network cabling and related services to support camera and access control installations, and c) seeking to replace a collection of old, standalone, disparate, proprietary security camera and existing access control systems with a single unified hybrid-cloud system. SASI is a tribal organization of the Navajo Nation which operates the education programs of the Shiprock Associated Schools, Inc., (Navajo Nation), New Mexico, under a grant issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs pursuant to P.L. 100-297, The Tribally Controlled School Grant Act. The School Board seeks proposals to obtain a turn-key, hybrid-cloud, comprehensive physical security surveillance and access control equipment and installation service. Navajo preference will be applied in accordance with the Navajo Business Regulatory Act. Shiprock Associated Schools, Inc. reserves the right to reject and/or all proposals, and to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the school. SASI is seeking to upgrade the security cameras and access control on its locations with a single unified and scalable hybrid-cloud system. System pricing should include everything necessary for the system to function properly upon project completion including all equipment, hardware, software, licensing, cabling, etc., as well as configuration and installation of all equipment and software (School to provide switches through school fiber lines). Pricing shall also include the removal and recycling/disposal of all existing cameras and associated cabling from the buildings. The project shall be bid for each building individually as well as a whole project so that the district can determine the number of buildings to move forward with based on cost
